In October 2018, the First "Vegan Gastronomy Master Class" was held in Ecuador by the international chef Miguel Bautista. Our main objective was to promote vegan food through short courses where attendees, in addition to knowing all the properties and nutrients of each food, were able to carry out their practice in the kitchen and interact with the renowned chef.

The vegan gastronomy tour began in Guayaquil on October 13 and 14 in The Chefs School, later we moved to Cuenca, for the courses of October 16 and 17 in the San Isidro Higher Institute and we closed the events with a flourish on Saturday 20th and Sunday October 21st in the San Francisco University of Quito. We especially want to thank the educational institutions for trusting Ur Vegan Life, allowing us to develop our primer project.

Finally, it is pleasant for us to have met each of the attendees, beyond having shared recipes, ingredients and experiences in their homes and / or businesses; It is the support and interest they showed in our vegan event. This is a beginning to continue informing and promoting in society events that contribute to education and allow us to fulfill the purpose of the brand: "Promote vegan philosophy through gastronomy."
